Consulting services related to environmental engineering with emphasis on water and
wastewater systems. Our firm assists clients in the planning, design, permitting,
bidding, services during construction, start-up and Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
training with experienced and certified personnel. We are active with clients in the
development and implementation of projects including assistance with funding, financing,
and rate study evaluation. We maintain a current knowledge of existing and proposed
regulatory requirements and assist clients in obtaining permits with favorable permit
conditions.
Services Provided
Preparation of feasibility studies for both public and private entities considering
future infrastructure improvement plans. Studies include cost of general capital
improvements and preparation of grant and agency applications. Improvements include
storm drainage, sanitary sewers, lift stations, wastewater treatment plants, water
treatment plants, pump stations, water storage facilities and water main extensions.
Also, assistance in preparation of Facility Plans for wastewater and water projects
funded by SRF low interest loans, Preliminary Engineering Reports for projects funded by
USDA-RD and DCCA, Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals for wastewater treatment
plants and collection systems, water treatment plants and pump stations.
Help in obtaining NPDES permits for surface water discharges from new and existing
wastewater treatment plants, and Land Application of Sludge Permits for the disposal of
sludge from water and wastewater treatment plants.
Provide assistance on collection systems and treatment plants to solve operational
problems and maintain compliance with government regulations.
